Sourced from Carbanup in the Northern area of Margaret River, tempranillo free run juice was transferred to stainless steel tank for fermentation followed with post ferment extended cold settling period before racking and canning. No fining agents or filtration and mininal handling. We always onlu use minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide to keep the wine fresh.
