The 2025 rose is made from 50% tempranillo and 50% shiraz fruit from the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Crisp and pale pink with aromas of red cherries, rhubarb and strawberries and cream.

Sourced from the Great Southern, free run juice was seperated from skins quickly to minimise colour extraction to a stainless steel tank for fermentation followed racking and canning AUG 2025. Mininal handling and we always only use minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide to keep the wine fresh.
