Made from Carbunup tempranillo fruit and bone dry - our pale salmon pink Rosé has hints of cherry skin, pomegranate, red plums and strawberries. A creamy textures on the palate complimented by layers of fine red fruit acidity. Session-able!

2020 ROSÉ - 3 Pack
Sourced from Carbanup in the Northern area of Margaret River, tempranillo free run juice was transferred to stainless steel tank for fermentation followed with post ferment extended cold settling period before racking and canning in December 2020. No fining agents or filtration and mininal handling. We always onlu use minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide to keep the wine fresh.
